The SNR3012 Series is an automatic assembly, magnetic resin shielded SMD power inductor designed for high-current, low-DCR applications. Its closed magnetic circuit and magnetic-resin shielding significantly reduce leakage flux and electromagnetic interference (EMI), while minimizing buzz noise to ultra-low levels. This series offers excellent shock resistance and durability due to metallization on the ferrite core. Designed for space and power efficiency, these inductors are suitable for a wide range of electronic devices including LED backlights, flat-screen TVs, computers, servers, automotive systems, and DC-DC converters.

Usage Precautions

Storage period is within 12 months under conditions: 5~40C, 35-65% RH.
Avoid use and storage in corrosive gas environments (salt, acid, alkali, etc.).
Do not touch electrodes directly with bare hands to prevent soldering issues.
Handle products carefully to avoid damage from dropping or improper removal.
Do not bend terminals excessively to prevent wire fracture.
Do not rinse coils; contact the manufacturer if cleaning is necessary.
Keep away from magnets or magnetic objects.
Preheat components before soldering; ensure temperature difference between solder and chip does not exceed 150C.
Soldering corrections after mounting should adhere to specified conditions to avoid short circuits, performance degradation, or lifespan reduction.
Account for self-heating when power is on in thermal design.
For non-magnetic shielded types, careful PCB layout is required to prevent malfunctions due to magnetic interference.
